Aswe scale we are seeking a proven Vice President of Operations (Integrator) to serveas a leader in the business. This role is critical in partnering with the CEO Visionary toturn strategy into execution align the team and drive operational excellence.
Role Summary
The VP of Operations is the operational leader responsible for ensuring that thecompanys vision goals and priorities are translated into the EOS model thisrole complements the Visionary by managing day-to-day operations creatingaccountability and fostering a culture of execution discipline and continuousimprovement.
You will lead and manage all departments ensuring that people processes and
resources are aligned to deliver profitable growth engaged employees and delighted
customers.
What Youll Do
- Act as the Integrator translating big-picture strategy into measurable results and
scalable systems. - Lead and align all departments (sales merchandising supply chain warehouse
customer service) around growth and execution. - Build and refine SOPs that keep the business agile while enabling scale.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and course-correct quickly in a changing environment.
- Use intuition and people-reading skills to coach leaders place the right people in
the right seats and get results through others. - Provide data-driven insights and human-driven judgment to support decision-
making and growth initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years leadership experience in retail distribution or related industries.
- Proven track record as a GM COO or senior operations leader (EOS a plus).
- A future-oriented builder who thrives in dynamic high-growth environments.
- Naturally intuitive with people able to read situations align teams and
motivate execution. - A self-starter who values structure and SOPs but adapts quickly when priorities
shift. - Strong P&L operational and financial management skills.
- Trusted leader who balances strategy with disciplined execution.
