Job Summary
Job Description
The AVP Marketing plans and executes strategies that sustain current levels of production and grow new business into the future.
Your Day to Day
- Assist with planning and implementation of growth strategy for new business
- Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
- Plan and implement field related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
- Act as liaison with home office managers/officers on marketing and sales related issues
- Plan and implement field communications
- Plan implement and oversee marketing sales projects (product development training curriculum etc.)
- Maintain relationships with field management and agents
- Act as liaison with other departments in home office on marketing sales and sales administration issues
- Provide support as necessary on marketing sales projects (product development training curriculum etc.)
- Provide miscellaneous support to field management as needed
What You Have
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field or equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience in life insurance sales management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Advanced knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
