The opportunity:

We seek a driven and skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support with expertise in Cisco Meraki M365 administration SharePoint and Teams. This role involves supporting IT tier 2 troubleshooting issues and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

The primary tasks:

• Responsible for Managing and supporting IT infrastructure including Cisco Meraki devices.
• Administer and maintain Windows Servers hosted in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint Teams and telecommunication.
• Provide Tier 2 support for IT and OT related issues.
• Responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain and support of security systems
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support the implementation of IT solutions and business projects.
• Document IT processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

We seek a team member who can identify with the description below:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki Microsoft 365 administration SharePoint and Teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Certified: Azure Administrator Associate CCNA ITIL certification.
• Skills in PowerShell Python or other scripting languages.
• Has worked with Microsoft solutions such as Intune Defender etc.
• Knowledge of firewalls VPNs and other security protocols.
