Description

This position is part of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Central Finance team. This team is responsible for consolidation forecasting budgeting and reporting of the businesses managed under this group. This role will be actively engaged in all finance processes managed by the team as well as responsible for routine and adhoc position will work closely with other finance team members across OCI finance as well as corporate finance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for communication process and data.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly forecast quarter end close consolidations and executive reporting
  • Perform adhoc analysis and develop a strong understanding of the various items on the P&L
  • Project Manage various transformation initiatives across the team to ensure timely completion of activities drive strong communication and accountability with stake holders and problem solve to remove project hurdles
  • Interface with senior level management and clearly communicate financials while at the same time influencing as a business advisor
  • Ability and interest in learning and developing Reports and Advance Analytics in EPM (Hyperion) and Data Visualization tool
  • Assist with financial presentations for quarterly reviews with senior management
  • Lead the standardization automation and adoption of planning and reporting
  • Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and how to present executive level data
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting
  • Proactively drive analysis on key trends and understand business drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • BA/BS in Business Accounting and/or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience prior FP&A experience preferred
  • Ability to excel in a deadline driven fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to get results with little guidance
  • Ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi location setup
  • Strong Expertise in Office Tools MS Excel Power Point Skills
  • Terrific team player and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects
  • Strong analytical skills and experience doing variance analysis
  • A passion for finance systems

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56300 to $112600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
