This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1 2025.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Senior & Long Term Care Aging Services Bureau.
The Program Manager serves as the focal point for development and support of a responsive system of information and assistance to meet the needs of our older adults age 60 plus adults with disabilities family caregivers as well as Area Agencies on Aging and service providers who implement the programs of the Aging Services bureau. The Program Manager provides oversight leadership training support and guidance to providers; participation in federal initiatives oversight and leadership of grant activities federal reporting requirements; management of the statewide database system; and establishing formal partnerships between aging disability and Medicaid agency staff and other stakeholders to support a statewide system to become a fully functioning ADRC state.
