We are seeking a Regional Spa Director to lead sales operations and performance across all locations. This role is for a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth optimize operations and develop high-performing teams while keeping the spas running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue goals for memberships retail products and upgrades.
- Lead and coach managers front desk and service providers on upselling cross-selling rebooking and delivering a world-class guest experience.
- Design and launch promotions events and campaigns to attract new clients and increase repeat business.
- Track sales metrics weekly analyze trends and adjust strategies for maximum performance.
- Implement contests incentives and recognition programs to drive team motivation and results.
Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily operations for all spas ensuring consistency in client experience cleanliness and operational standards.
- Partner with managers to maintain scheduling efficiency appointment book optimization and staffing levels that support business needs.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards licensing requirements and state regulations.
- Ensure service quality professional appearance and customer service excellence across all locations.
- Identify operational gaps and lead process improvements for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Team Development & Accountability
- Mentor spa managers and leadership teams to hit KPIs grow memberships and improve retention.
- Provide coaching on leadership sales techniques and operational excellence to build strong self-sufficient teams.
- Hold managers accountable for results including sales goals guest experience standards and operational checklists.
- Partner with ownership on staffing plans performance reviews and high-level HR decisions (while delegating routine HR tasks to managers).
Qualifications
- 3 years in multi-unit management within spa fitness hospitality or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience managing managers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting scheduling software (Zenoti a plus) and performance tracking.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60000 $70000 (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonus: $15000 potential annually based on sales and retention goals
