Learn more at Senior Director of Business Unit Integration focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain is responsible for aligning logistics strategies processes and operational plans with broader supply chain initiatives to ensure a cohesive efficient and resilient business unit integration. This role acts as the primary connection between the Logistics Board and the Supply Chain Board providing strategic guidance facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that logistics operations support the end-to-end supply chain goals of the organization.

The Senior Director will oversee integration projects lead cross-functional alignment on logistics requirements and develop processes to harmonize logistics and supply chain efforts. This includes overseeing logistics adjustments to accommodate product flows enabling smooth transitions during mergers acquisitions or structural changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining cost efficiencies and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Integration:

• Serve as the liaison between the Logistics Board and Supply Chain Board to ensure aligned strategies and objectives.
• Develop and execute a logistics integration strategy that supports the broader supply chain objectives including cost efficiency speed and resilience.
• Identify and address logistics challenges in business unit transitions to ensure operational continuity and optimal supply chain performance.

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional efforts to align logistics operations with supply chain goals working closely with stakeholders across both boards to drive integrated planning and execution.
• Establish communication channels and collaborative frameworks to enable timely updates decisions and resource allocation across logistics and supply chain functions.
• Act as a change agent to drive cultural alignment and buy-in on integration initiatives within logistics and supply chain teams.

Process Harmonization & Improvement:

• Design and implement standardized processes to harmonize logistics practices with supply chain operations ensuring seamless flow from sourcing to delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes leveraging data analytics and best practices to optimize efficiency reduce costs and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to enhance visibility data sharing and decision-making across logistics and supply chain functions.

Team Development & Leadership:

• Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and safety.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to meet operational demands maintain compliance and respond effectively to challenges and changes in the logistics landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12 years of experience in logistics supply chain or business integration with a proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics practices with the ability to bridge both functions for organizational alignment.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning project management and process improvement within a multinational or complex logistics network.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across senior-level boards and diverse teams.
• Ability to travel domestic & international

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
