Learn more at Senior Director of Business Unit Integration focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain is responsible for aligning logistics strategies processes and operational plans with broader supply chain initiatives to ensure a cohesive efficient and resilient business unit integration. This role acts as the primary connection between the Logistics Board and the Supply Chain Board providing strategic guidance facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that logistics operations support the end-to-end supply chain goals of the organization.
The Senior Director will oversee integration projects lead cross-functional alignment on logistics requirements and develop processes to harmonize logistics and supply chain efforts. This includes overseeing logistics adjustments to accommodate product flows enabling smooth transitions during mergers acquisitions or structural changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining cost efficiencies and service quality.

00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
