Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member to join us on a 12-month secondment as an ezyVet Administrator 3 days per week. You will play a key role in our ezyVet Digital Ready initiative supporting data cleanup workflow standardisation and preparing our systems for advanced digital capabilities.
What Youll Do:
- Support the ezyVet data cleaning initiative to improve system-wide accuracy.
- Review and help standardise workflows for clinical records billing and dashboards.
- Assist in developing and delivering training to ezyVet users.
- Provide timely support to ezyVet users and liaise with ezyVet support as needed.
- Assist the Process Improvement Manager with other projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with branches peers and support office teams to promote engagement and feedback.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using ezyVet
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to process improvements.
