Job Description

Mapon the second-largest company in the Draugiem Group is one of the leading fleet management and GPS tracking solution providers in Northern Europe. We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our this role you will provide professional communication with clients help them understand and use Mapon products consult and train customers and partners gather and analyze data and resolve problem situations. Daily work may also include assisting with route planning so an interest in technical solutions and strong map orientation skills will be valuable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote communication with clients both written and verbal
  • Deliver necessary information to clients about Mapon products
  • Conduct remote training sessions for clients and partners on how to use Mapon products
  • Collect and analyze data of various volumes
  • Actively resolve client issues and problem situations
  • Assist clients with task and route planning including map orientation and designing suitable routes

Requirements:

  • Excellent Latvian and English skills (both written and spoken); additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience as a dispatcher or route planner will be considered an advantage
  • Interest in technology and technical solutions will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to react quickly and handle non-standard situations
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with various IT tools and systems
  • Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to help people
