Job Description: Senior HubSpot Specialist
We are looking for a technically-proficient Senior HubSpot Specialist to drive operational excellence by managing our HubSpot platform across our global teams. This role combines hands-on platform administration with strategic process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the VP of Sales Enablement and play a critical role in ensuring seamless CRM operations that enable our sales teams to focus on revenue generation.
The ideal candidate brings deep HubSpot expertise strong technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a high-growth environment. Experience managing HubSpot for large multi-regional organizations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Own end-to-end HubSpot administration including user management roles permissions and database hygiene; onboard new geographic teams with proper configuration; conduct regular system audits and maintain data integrity; manage custom properties workflows and automation sequences
Process Optimization: Design and implement workflows that streamline sales marketing and customer success operations; optimize lead and deal lifecycles for improved conversion rates; develop templates playbooks and sequences in collaboration with various teams; establish best practices for platform utilization across regions
Integration Management: Ensure consistent data sync between HubSpot and other business systems through native and API-based integrations
Reporting & Analytics: Build custom dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across all teams and geographic regions
Training & Support: Train teams on HubSpot functionality and best practices; create documentation and user guides; serve as primary technical resource for troubleshooting and user support; onboard new users and maintain training materials
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Operations teams to optimize platform usage; communicate system capabilities and limitations to influence process decisions; coordinate with external technical resources when needed
Profile Requirements
5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience in administrator or specialist capacity within large organizations
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpots Marketing Sales and Service Hubs. HubSpot certifications (e.g: HubSpot Sales Hub Revenue Operations) are a strong plus.
Strong understanding of workflow automation lead scoring and lifecycle management
Experience with data migration cleanup and database optimization
Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple stakeholder groups
Excellent project management skills with experience managing competing priorities
Superior written and verbal communication skills for training and documentation
Background in sales operations revenue operations or CRM administration
MBA in Marketing or Operations Management preferred
Experience with other CRM platforms advantageous
