Client Success Manager - GPO Implementations
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
o Lead end-to-end implementation of GPO services for new and transitioning healthcare clients.
o Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and deliverables.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Pharmacy Finance IT Vendors).
Contract & Data Integration
o Oversee item master and formulary conversion to align with GPO contracts.
o Ensure accurate and timely setup of contract pricing tiers and distribution agreements.
o Validate savings opportunities through benchmarking and cost analysis.
o Conduct financial analysis as necessary for contract tier optimization.
Client Engagement
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
o Conduct regular status meetings provide progress reports and manage issue resolution.
o Support client education on GPO model compliance and reporting tools.
Change Management
o Guide hospital leadership and supply chain teams through transition from prior GPO.
o Facilitate adoption of new processes policies and compliance requirements.
o Address barriers to implementation and escalate risks as needed.
Performance Tracking
o Track realized savings against pro forma projections.
o Provide reporting on compliance contract utilization and cost reduction.
o Transition client to ongoing account management team post-implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Supply Chain Business or related field
2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain GPO or implementation/project management.
Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing contracting and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication relationship-building and change management skills.
Financial analysis experience a plus.
Success Profile

Skilled at balancing savings identification with savings realization.
Adept at working across clinical operational and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
