Compensation Range : 24.53 - 36.79 Hourly

Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls networking site visits and industry eventsturning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity accuracy and mutual successyour attention to detail makes the difference.
  • Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking including space setup timing equipment menus and billingmaking sure no detail gets missed.
  • Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on courseand ahead.
  • Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
  • Maintain organized accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY so everyone stays informed and on track.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 12 years in hotel sales events or marketing You understand how to move fast multitask and still make it personal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication You know how to engage clients and influence outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Organization is your superpower.
  • Experience with Delphi CI/TY or similar tools Its a plus that helps you move fast and work smart.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated You thrive on deadlines and live for checklists.
