Austin TX Hybrid (23 days in office)
$60K$70K Temporary through Dec 2025 with potential to convert to full-time in 2026

Were opening our new Austin office and looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to grow with us. This is a high-energy role for someone with 13 years of recruiting experience who wants to sharpen their skills in a performance-first culture where effort grit and ownership are celebrated.

What Youll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for sales G&A and early-career roles.
  • Source talent creatively in the Austin market through LinkedIn referrals networking and events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements interview processes and candidate feedback.
  • Use Greenhouse and AI recruiting tools to streamline sourcing scheduling and communication.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Togetherworks customer-first values.

What Youll Bring

  • 13 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience (SaaS exposure a plus).
  • Experience sourcing and hiring in the Austin market.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
  • Clear communication and natural relationship-building ability.
  • Must live in Austin TX and work onsite 23 days per week.
