Beyond the requirements of the position we are looking for an individual with potential to grow with the company and gradually take on a larger scope & responsibility.

Some of the things you will do

We are looking for a Group FP&A and Treasury Manager to help us build our Treasury function from the ground up while continuing to strengthen and develop our Group FP&A this role you will work closely with our Director of Group FP&A and Treasury and gain a unique opportunity to shape key financial processes in one of Swedens fastest-growing companies.

You will be at the center of high-priority strategic initiatives including securing the right financing for our ambitious growth journey. The position offers significant exposure across the organization with direct interaction with senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Treasury

  • Building our Treasury function from the ground up

  • Optimizing net working capital

  • Lead projects aimed at improving the companys cash position

  • Forecasting cash flow

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of capital expenditures ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial capacity
    
    

• Group FP&A

  • Drive the annual planning budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Prepare and deliver reporting for leadership and investors

  • Manage the FP&A collaboration forum and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner with our markets Business Controllers to define and implement FP&A best practices

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance analysis reporting and decision-making

About you

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting investment banking and/or business control (or a related field) ideally within a fast-paced industry or tech company
  

• Degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
  

• Proven ability to work extensively with financial data and analysis in Google Sheets and/or Excel including building models forecasts and reports
  

• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences
