Purchasing Reception Specialist - Arabic
Location: Jeddah KSA (Local Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchase reception and verify received goods.
Manage mobile lines phones tablets PTT systems and satellite devices.
Coordinate phone allocations employee onboarding setups renewals and replacements.
Liaise with mobile service providers to ensure uninterrupted service.
Control and validate invoices from telecom providers.
Review and optimize contracts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate asset inventory of all mobile equipment.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related fields.
Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
Knowledge of purchasing and asset management processes.
Organized detail-oriented and proactive.
