Your Mission

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Mercell and make a real impact in the Latvian market.

As a Sales Executive at Mercell you will be part of our Latvian Supply Sales team and report to the Regional Sales Manager. We are a dynamic and ambitious team responsible for helping suppliers succeed in public procurement by providing them with the best tools insights and support to grow their business.

As our new Sales Executive you will have an exciting and impactful role where you will actively prospect engage and build long-term relationships with customers. You will help companies navigate and succeed in public tenders while contributing directly to Mercells growth and success in Latvia.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new supplier customers in the Latvian market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably SaaS software or services)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Latvian and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes or willingness to learn quickly

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in sales within public procurement SaaS or related field
    • Additional language skills (Russian Lithuanian or Estonian)
    • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
    • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

    Workplace type: Hybrid
    Location: Latvia Rga

    Salary range: 1900 - 2100 gross plus commissions based on sales results.
