Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and / C# / SQL / SSIS Developer to support both development and operational activities. The role involves designing developing and maintaining enterprise applications and integrations while also ensuring their stability performance and compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across development support and service management domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Integration
Design develop and maintain applications (C#) SQL Server and SSIS.
Build and optimize data integration workflows and ETL processes.
Develop and maintain APIs and web services for internal and external integrations.
Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and interfaces.
Operational Support & Monitoring
Monitor application health logs and performance during business hours.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including IIS server management and service restarts.
Manage installation configuration and updates of applications and services.
Ensure uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Incident Problem & Change Management
Handle incidents problems and changes using ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
Maintain and update support frameworks and access management records.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and communication.
Security & Compliance
Manage certificates client secrets and service accounts.
Execute security processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Support identity and access management (IAM) updates and audits.
Data & File Management
Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers and data flows across systems.
Support daily monthly and delta data processing tasks.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
Service & Project Management
Maintain technical documentation and application landscape diagrams.
Use tools like LeanIX and Confluence to document processes and interfaces.
Lead or support technical projects upgrades and migrations.
Establish and maintain a robust support framework for managed services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency (C#) SQL Server (T-SQL) and SSIS.
Experience with IIS server management and application deployment.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and enterprise architecture tools (e.g. LeanIX).
Strong understanding of API development integration patterns and data workflows.
Knowledge of security practices including certificate management and IAM.
Excellent troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
