Job Summary (List Format): Power Platform Developer
- Design develop and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages Copilot Studio).
- Analyze business processes to deliver scalable secure and user-friendly applications.
- Develop custom applications in Power Apps to enhance business operations.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services Azure and third-party systems.
- Maintain support and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
- Provide end-user training and technical support.
- Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform features updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with and mentor a team of developers especially those new to Power Platform.
- Ensure application lifecycle management and follow cloud technology standards.
- Translate technical capabilities into actionable business strategies and solutions.
- Participate in Agile project delivery in fast-paced high-stress environments.
- Perform solution envisioning and requirements analysis for new projects.
- Support and enhance low-code/no-code applications in complex environments.
- Utilize tools such as Visual Studio Editor XrmToolBox and GitHub Actions for deployment.
- Develop with related technologies such as Dynamics 365 (Model Driven Apps) JavaScript Bootstrap C# (plugin development) and SQL (Oracle/MS-SQL).
- Hold or be working toward Power Platform certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate PL-900 PL-100 PL-200).
- Possess strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SharePoint Copilot Studio and Power Pages.
- Exposure to other low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath Blue Prism Pega).
