Job Description
Job Title: Lead UX Designer
Job Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Position will be 2 days (Wednesdays and Fridays) remote with 3 days (Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays) required to be onsite.
Need candidates local to Texas.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
