Job Summary
Job Role - Sr. Software Engineer
Location - Chicago IL
Key Responsibilities:
Role Description:
Lead the design development and deployment of AI/ML products including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and conversational agents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate operational challenges into impactful AI use cases.
Drive data unification across siloed systems to support robust model training and inference.
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define user stories and deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
7 years of experience in AI/ML product development with at least 3 years in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Experience with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone FAISS Milvus).
Proven track record of deploying production-grade RAG pipelines and conversational AI solutions.
Cloud platform proficiency (AWS Azure or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform).
Domain Knowledge:
3 years on exp in Life science or Halthcare
