Plan schedule and oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation to handover.

Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor project progress budgets timelines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with statutory approvals permits and safety regulations.

Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to engineers and site supervisors.

Manage vendor negotiations contracts and procurement of materials.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

Ensure successful completion snag clearance and final handover.
