Human Resources Business Partner Hybrid (Waltham MA)

Location: 225 Wyman Street Waltham MA 02451
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week Remote 2 days/week (flexible)
Type: Contract Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: September 22 2025
Interview: Microsoft Teams (2 rounds; meet with up to 5 team members)

Job Overview

Seeking a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Agile Manager to build trusted partnerships with business leaders across EF Commercial and R&D customer groups globally. Own and deliver the HR operational plan aligned with strategic imperatives drive people processes and foster an engaging values-based work culture. This role supports talent organizational design change management and HR excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR operational plans aligned with One HR strategic imperatives

  • Partner with senior leaders and people managers on talent development industrial relations organizational design and workforce planning

  • Lead global change management and organizational design initiatives

  • Support employee coaching development and talent pipeline efforts

  • Oversee annual HR processes including performance and compensation reviews

  • Apply data analytics for HR insights and business solutions

  • Serve as HR ambassador promoting collaborative dynamic work environment

  • Participate in cross-functional transformational projects and communities of practice

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business or related field

  • 7 years HR management experience preferably as HR business partner or consultant in global organizations

  • Experience leading organizational design change management and talent development projects

  • Deep HR process knowledge and proven ability managing multiple projects independently

  • Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

  • Resilient self-starter skilled in managing ambiguity and advocating new work methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (SHRM HRCI CIDP or equivalent)

  • Experience with agile organizations and ways of working

  • Proven leadership and HR consulting skills
