Job Overview
Seeking a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Agile Manager to build trusted partnerships with business leaders across EF Commercial and R&D customer groups globally. Own and deliver the HR operational plan aligned with strategic imperatives drive people processes and foster an engaging values-based work culture. This role supports talent organizational design change management and HR excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR operational plans aligned with One HR strategic imperatives

Partner with senior leaders and people managers on talent development industrial relations organizational design and workforce planning

Lead global change management and organizational design initiatives

Support employee coaching development and talent pipeline efforts

Oversee annual HR processes including performance and compensation reviews

Apply data analytics for HR insights and business solutions

Serve as HR ambassador promoting collaborative dynamic work environment

Participate in cross-functional transformational projects and communities of practice
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business or related field

7 years HR management experience preferably as HR business partner or consultant in global organizations

Experience leading organizational design change management and talent development projects

Deep HR process knowledge and proven ability managing multiple projects independently

Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

Resilient self-starter skilled in managing ambiguity and advocating new work methods
Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (SHRM HRCI CIDP or equivalent)

Experience with agile organizations and ways of working
