Are you a problem-solver with a passion for optimizing e-commerce platforms and digital systems Were looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution driving impactful customer experiences across web and mobile storefronts.
ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the digital team youll collaborate across departments to support the planning design and rollout of innovative business systems and e-commerce solutions. From requirements gathering to testing and optimization youll own the process that powers everything from online sales to customer experience.
This includes:Partner with cross-functional teams (product sales marketing operations etc.) to define e-commerce roadmaps and release plans.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify business needs KPIs (conversion AOV CAC LTV etc.) and success metrics.
Translate user journeys into features and enhancements that drive conversions and retention.
Maintain and prioritize a transparent backlog of user stories and epics.
Evaluate third-party platforms and tools; build business cases and ROI analyses.
Create wireframes prototypes process maps and clear documentation (BRDs/FRDs).
Define and implement tagging/analytics strategies using GA4 GTM Adobe Analytics etc.
Ensure compliance with privacy accessibility and data standards (PCI DSS GDPR CCPA WCAG 2.1 AA).
Collaborate with engineering on solution design for systems such as ERP OMS WMS PIM CRM and more.
Test and validate data integrations user flows and platform functionality across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Support post-launch training adoption and performance monitoring.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in e-commerce retail or direct-to-consumer environments.
Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Strong critical thinking documentation and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
