Job Description
- As a Business Analyst for ATS the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable reporting platforms defining and tracking reliable metrics and building self-service analysis tools to support the rapidly growing demand for data which will have an immediate influence on business decision making.
- Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish relationship between multiple data sources
- Provide data insights to uncover the product improvement opportunities.
- Develops scripts to process data to support business analysis reporting and optimization efforts.
- Generates composite queries to dive deep on business related issues.
- The BA enables the team to generate metrics and develop dashboards Compliance Reporting False Negative Reporting and other reports for tracking critical metrics for the team.
- The presence of the BA is critical to scale through peak and ensure we are meeting the key deliverable for the team and the org.

- Efficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts
- Has extensive knowledge of developing dashboards on Tableau and BI tools.
