Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Implementation Analyst to join a Randstad client in Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and migration of a new SaaS-based reservation system. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology to replace a legacy system with a specific focus on the passenger rail and broader travel industries. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth transition leveraging your expertise in system migration and your understanding of travel industry reservation platforms to drive the project to a successful completion.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of a new SaaS-based reservation solution.
Manage the end-to-end migration of legacy reservation systems to the new platform.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation and migration phases.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all implementation processes and system configurations.
Qualifications
Proven experience with SaaS solution implementation.
Strong knowledge of travel industry reservation systems.
Demonstrated experience in migrating legacy reservation systems to a new platform.
Preferred experience with passenger rail systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
