Sales Administrator (x3 Vacancies)

Sandton Johannesburg R20000 per month Office hours 8:00 - 17:00

The Role: Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position involves managing customer accounts handling day-to-day sales administration and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customers handling inquiries via phone email or in person

  • Maintain and update customer records sales databases and CRM systems (HubSpot)

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales progress

  • Coordinate with logistics finance and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing

  • Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings follow-ups and general admin tasks

  • Handle after-sales support including customer complaints and queries

About You

  • 2 years of experience in sales administration sales support or a similar role

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field (preferred)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and CRM systems (HubSpot)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Professional proactive and customer-focused mindset

  • Reliable with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
