The Role: Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position involves managing customer accounts handling day-to-day sales administration and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for customers handling inquiries via phone email or in person
Maintain and update customer records sales databases and CRM systems (HubSpot)
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales progress
Coordinate with logistics finance and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing
Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings follow-ups and general admin tasks
Handle after-sales support including customer complaints and queries
About You
2 years of experience in sales administration sales support or a similar role
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and CRM systems (HubSpot)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional proactive and customer-focused mindset
Reliable with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong time management and prioritization skills
