Job Description
- Work with Producer in developing and closing new business and retaining existing accounts
- Assist Producer in obtaining all forms required for compliance with agency and company guidelines as needed
- Marketing and placement of new business
- Assist Producer in negotiating policy and payment terms & obtaining finance contracts
- Prepare professional proposals spreadsheets documents as needed
- Understand all aspects of client operations & provide risk evaluation of client exposures by competent coverage review
- Participate in client presentations & client contact campaigns as needed
- Order and review policies order endorsements and review for accuracy review audits experience rating modifications and classifications and make recommendations
- Assist Producer by developing excel spreadsheets that will be shared with the client to maintain certificate lists driver lists property schedules vehicle & equipment lists
- Issue Binders & set up initial certificates for processing and other necessary forms as needed
- Review and work pro-actively using renewal timelines reviewing with Producer 120 days out
- Communicate issues with both carrier and client to Producer as needed in between monthly reviews
- Receivable & collection management
- Review client balances with Producers monthly
- Proficient use of AMS360 or Applied EPIC preferred along with working knowledge of:
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
