We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality experience-driven service and creating a welcoming workplace environment.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
Manage meeting room bookings event support AV setup and catering coordination
Respond to workplace enquiries via phone email and in person
Support workplace operations including mail handling locker management and inventory coordination
Conduct regular office floor checks log maintenance or WHS issues and liaise with service providers
Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive service-oriented team culture
What Were Looking For
Background in hospitality reception or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
Excellent communication skills and a warm professional manner
Ability to multi-task stay organised and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
A proactive team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
