Workplace Coordinator

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality experience-driven service and creating a welcoming workplace environment.

Reporting to the Director Workplace Experience this role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a vital part in delivering workplace services that are seamless helpful and engaging.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests

  • Manage meeting room bookings event support AV setup and catering coordination

  • Respond to workplace enquiries via phone email and in person

  • Support workplace operations including mail handling locker management and inventory coordination

  • Conduct regular office floor checks log maintenance or WHS issues and liaise with service providers

  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters

  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive service-oriented team culture

What Were Looking For

  • Background in hospitality reception or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm professional manner

  • Ability to multi-task stay organised and remain calm under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)

  • A proactive team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
