Job Description
Under immediate supervision the Downtown Services Custodian keeps building and City parking lots in clean orderly condition. Performs light medium and heavy janitorial and custodial services in the building immediate surrounding grounds and City surface parking lots as assigned. Employee performs routine maintenance activities notifying supervisor of need for repairs. Employee must abide by safety procedures. Employee has daily contact with the public requiring tact courtesy and diplomacy.
