Job Description
Location: Texas City TX Permanent Monday-Friday Two Open Positions
Are you a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for helping children learn grow and thrive Our School in Texas City is now hiring for two teaching positions:
Afternoon Floater Teacher (Closer) - Part-Time Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Full-Time Preschool Teacher (3s Classroom) - Mon-Fri Daytime Schedule
These are permanent opportunities for educators who are committed to providing children with consistency structure and quality care. We are looking for individuals with behavior management skills lesson plan experience and a strong commitment to child development.

What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (CDA Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- 2 years of childcare preschool or early learning classroom experience
- Knowledge of lesson plan implementation curriculum development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills
- Passion for Early Childhood Education (ECE) and dedication to consistent reliable teaching
- Professional adaptable and collaborative attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with young children
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children
- Foster a nurturing positive and safe classroom environment
- Support social emotional cognitive and physical development
- Provide consistency and structure for childrens daily routines
- Partner with families to support child development goals
- Float across classrooms as needed to ensure quality coverage
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional respectful team culture
