Associate, Production Management 2nd Shift

As an Associate Production Management supporting Custom Pak you will be trusted to assist with production activities developing schedules allocating resources and ensuring a safe work environment at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston TX!

In this role a typical day will include:

• Assist with production activities including assembling material forming/shaping processing treating or packaging to meet specifications schedules and quality standards.

• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering Supply & Logistics Sales and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources.

• Plan prioritize and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions.

• Lead and/or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement.

• Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent.

• Follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority contributing to efficient business operations through accurate task completion.

• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining accurate and complete documentation ensuring meticulous quality control and completing all required training.

• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization.

What Youll Bring to Alcon:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

• 3 Years of Relevant Experience

• Work Hours: 2nd Shift (10 hours): Monday Thursday 4:15 PM 2:45 AM CST

• Location: Onsite
