Role Overview:
As a Manager of Claims Operations your primary responsibility will be to Lead a NYL Direct Life Claims team to ensure accurate timely claim adjudication in compliance with regulations and company standards. You will provide coaching and development to staff foster service excellence for insureds and beneficiaries and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and protect company interests.

Youre an experienced leader with a strong background in life insurance and have a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. You bring proven expertise in coaching and developing teams ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of claims while maintaining high service standards for insureds and beneficiaries. You use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills excel at handling escalations remove barriers to resolution and collaborate across departments. You are process-minded can recommend and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency protect the companys interests and reduce costs while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
