Job Overview
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at Illusion Dental Laboratory will be located in Mumbai and will work full-time. Qualifications and Skills
- Deep knowledge and proven experience in supply chain optimization regarded as a mandatory skill for this role. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in logistics management ensuring efficient transportation warehousing and distribution of products.
- Strong capabilities in supplier relationship management to build and maintain productive partnerships.
- Experienced in inventory management focusing on balancing stock levels to meet demand efficiently.
- Skilled in purchase management ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment.
- Proficient in demand planning forecasting future needs to align supply with market demand accurately.
- Ability to develop and manage KPIs to measure and improve supply chain performance consistently.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and interpersonal skills necessary for effective supply chain management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain operations to ensure seamless and efficient flow of products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
- Manage inventory levels and control to prevent stockouts or overstock aligning with demand forecasts.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable and cost-efficient agreements.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics making adjustments as needed for improvement.
