Job Summary

The position holder welcomes and efficiently responds to customer needs in the lumber yard in a personalized and courteous manner. They confirm the accuracy of orders and follow up on complaints and returns. They receive merchandise from various suppliers using a forklift. They restock shelves manage inventory and monitor for damages. Additionally they are responsible for maintaining the yard by keeping service areas clear of debris waste and snow and they comply with health and safety standards and procedures.
