Leisure & Activities Officer

We are currently seeking a Leisure & Activities Officer (Lifestyle Assistant) to join our team someone who not only loves engaging with residents but also has the ability and confidence to step up and coordinate activities when needed.

This role is more than just running programs. Its about bringing joy meaning and connection into the daily lives of our residents. From planning and leading group activities supporting one-on-one engagement helping with special events and introducing new ideas youll play a big part in shaping our Lifestyle program.

Were especially looking for someone who can take initiative think creatively and provide leadership support whether thats organising the monthly calendar liaising with families and volunteers or helping to guide the Lifestyle team in delivering high-quality activities.

What were looking for:

  • A warm compassionate and engaging personality.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm to design and deliver meaningful programs.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to step into a coordinating role when required.
  • A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older people.
