This practice is a core pillar of the firm and offers exposure to complex disputes involving contracts business torts securities trade secrets and real estate. Key Practice Areas:

Breach of contract fiduciary duty and shareholder/partnership disputes
Real estate and construction litigation

Class action defense (consumer commercial securities)

Qualifications:

1-4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Strong drafting and research skills; motion and brief writing required
Deposition hearing or trial experience preferred
Texas Bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)
