Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications as needed.
- Manage the offer process including negotiating terms and preparing offer documentation.
- Support onboarding activities to integrate new hires into the company environment successfully.
