As we scale partnerships will be critical to our growth. We are seeking an experienced Director of Channel Sales to build and expand relationships with MLSs marketplaces and other business development partners. This role will focus on expanding distribution of Loftys single products creating scalable partnership frameworks and fueling marketplace growth through strategic alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer this leader will play a pivotal role in Loftys next phase of growth.


Whats the job

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Channel Sales who thrives on building partnerships that scale. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate CRM space API integrations MLS data and experience executing distribution and data-sharing partnerships at scale.

  • Develop and execute Loftys channel and partnership strategy with a focus on MLS organizations marketplaces and technology alliances.
  • Identify negotiate and close business development opportunities to drive single product adoption and marketplace expansion.
  • Build scalable frameworks for two-way data partnerships and technology integrations.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide API implementation projects that enable seamless data exchange.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with MLSs technology vendors and marketplace partners.
  • Work closely with product marketing and enterprise sales teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategy with Loftys GTM motion.
  • Define KPIs for channel performance and deliver regular reporting to the CRO and executive team.
  • Represent Lofty at key industry events conferences and partner meetings to expand our presence and credibility.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000-square-foot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work in-office five days a week to build momentum meet your teammates and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per weekgiving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.


Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 10 years in the residential real estate technology industry with proven success in CRM SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Extensive experience building and scaling partnerships with MLSs marketplaces and channel partners.
  • Deep knowledge of MLS data structures licensing models and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record negotiating and executing large-scale business development deals.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and designing two-way data sharing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate CRM ecosystem including competitors integrations and distribution models.
  • Executive presence and ability to build long-term strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Highly collaborative able to work cross-functionally with product sales marketing and leadership.
