Senior Claims Specialist Financial Lines
Job Summary
A highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist Financial Lines is needed to join a professional and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute expertise and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $140000 $170000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of pending claims across both primary and excess policies.
- Handle claims across multiple financial lines including Directors & Officers (D&O) Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Employment Practices Liability (EPL).
- Evaluate coverage establish reserves and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel vendors and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Provide strategic updates to leadership and support underwriting teams with insights into emerging trends and claim developments.
- Represent the company in mediations settlement discussions and broker meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with a specialty insurance carrier or law firm handling claims in D&O E&O EPL Fiduciary and Crime/Fidelity lines.
- Strong understanding of financial lines insurance policies and claims processes.
- Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to travel for mediations and other business needs.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
