We are delighted to be representing an excellent law firm based in Belfast who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary Commercial Litigation to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice offering an attractive salary package and a professional supportive environment.

The Role
As a Legal Secretary Commercial Litigation you will provide essential support to the commercial litigation team ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing formatting and amending commercial litigation documents.
  • Audio typing copy typing and document management.
  • Managing correspondence with clients courts and third parties.
  • Diary management scheduling meetings and arranging travel where required.
  • Filing archiving and maintaining case files.
  • General administrative support to fee earners and partners.

About You
We are looking for a professional and motivated individual with:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a commercial litigation team.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills including digital dictation.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service.
