Looking to grow your leadership career in hospitality sales Join Regency Hotel Management as the Sales Manager for two of Minots top hotels: the Sleep Inn and Suites Conference Center and Water Park and the Mainstay Suites.
These two unique hotels cater to a diverse range of travelersfrom small group meetings to large-scale conferences corporate guests and family vacations.
This is your opportunity to lead sales strategies build strong community and client relationships and shape the success of two established hotelswhile being supported by a team of on-site and corporate professionals.

- Estimated Salary: $65000$75000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients associations and event planners
- Represent both hotels professionally in the community and at industry events
- Lead sales presentations prospecting efforts and outreach for group and transient business
- Participate in Regencys bi-weekly Sales*Rev prospecting program and sales blitzes
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align strategy and drive performance
- Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue and market share
- Work with the revenue team to develop group rates and local negotiated sales strategies based on market research
- Manage group and local negotiated room blocks ensuring accurate rate date and space commitments
- Oversee preparation and accuracy of sales reports including forecasts pace reports STR reports and sales meeting documentation
- Attend and contribute to regular sales leadership and management meetings
