- Serves as escalation point for issues related to the application
- Serves as SME for applications supported
- Investigates and resolves complex issues related to processing or data quality
- Investigates root cause develops and implements permanent solutions to problem records as aligned with Problem Management process
- Develops tests and implements changes as aligned with Change Management process (in relation to enhancements incidents or problem record fixes)
Day to day activities:
- Work on dev items such as tasks/ user stories and report progress on daily standup calls
- Investigate incidents escalated about the application
- Reply to emails addressed to the team
- Handle requests for information related to application logic
- Execute requests such data extracts or other routine activities
- Handles problem record and change records
Technical Skills:
- Data Visualization Information Delivery Dashboards and Reports required
- Data Integration Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) required
- Databases SQL required
- Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts required
- Azure data platform and components preferred
- CICD/Git - preferred
