Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Manages Operations across the assigned region(north/south/east/west) Service Centers of the Country
- Responsible for the Operational Metrics of the Zonal Service Centers
- Responsible for the Work Place Organization WPO across the Service Centers
- Leads and Challenges TEAM on the Productivity of the Spares
- Provide Services to UP COUNTRIES like Nepal Bangladesh SriLanka
- Plans and Execute Strategies to reduce the Turn Around Time for Services
- Works with the TEAM on reduction of the free warranty services
- Work on analytics to reduce the service spares consumption by Franchise
- Predict the Break down of the Equipment by understanding the statistical failure rate
- Ensure compliance to the Preventive Plans
- Prepare and positions Service Contracts by Strategic Customer Groups
- Identify GROWTH Opportunities from the Installation data base
- Harness JDE ERP for the reporting and the Business Analytics
- Responsible for the Spares consumption and the Inventory Management
- Decides the Re Order Levels for the Spares
- Builds Strategies to ensure the service Revenue is 13 15% of the OE Revenue
- Meets Customer Expectations and is proactive to take feedback from the Customers on the Service performance
Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
- Degree holder in Engineering with specialization in Biomedical Engineering preferred.
- At least 4 to 5 years in Medical Devices / Equipment industry with responsibility for service revenues
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word Excel PowerPoint
