Were looking for a pro-active people-oriented HR professional whos able to creatively shape our organization. Youre excited to work conceptually and hands-on in cross-skilled expert teams and can translate ideas into applicable intuitive frameworks leading to measurable impact.
Youll be the designer orchestrator and engager of our talent ecosystem ensuring we translate our values and business needs into an exciting organization that is able to tackle our ambitious goals and that of our airline customers.

What skills should you have
- Changemaking Talent Development: you have 10-15 years of experience combining knowledge of how adults learn and develop with practical methods and frameworks that create successful continuously learning organizations.

- Creative Problem Solving: You dont follow a playbook - but are able write it. You understand business and people challenges and can describe them effectively.
