About the role

Join our Insurance and Enterprise Technology team as a Software Test Engineer where youll lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks that ensure quality across the software development lifecycle. Youll work closely with developers analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust scalable solutions that support our customers and business goals.

What youll do

Lead and execute testing strategies across Agile delivery teams
Design and implement automation frameworks for web API performance and security testing
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Engage with internal and external QA communities to share insights and drive innovation
Ensure quality outcomes through contextual testing and stakeholder engagement

What youll bring

4 years appropriate industry experience in a Software Test Engineer role
Experience in API automation and tools like Cypress Playwright Selenium
Proficiency in Java JavaScript Python or similar languages
Ability to build and maintain test infrastructure using cloud and DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins AWS)
Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Skilled in source code management and build tools (e.g. Git Maven NPM)
