In this role you will drive Hostplus regulatory change agenda ensuring compliance frameworks are effectively implemented and continuously improved across the business.
The opportunity
Hostplus is seeking a highly motivated and experiencedManager Regulatory Changeto join our Risk team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping how risk and compliance is managed across the Fund with a strong focus on regulatory change and assurance.
As the Manager Regulatory Change you will work collaboratively across the organisation to design and test the implementation of risk and compliance frameworks. Youll lead the identification and assessment of upcoming legislative and regulatory changes support their implementation and ensure they are effectively integrated into business processes.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong stakeholder engagement technical expertise and a proactive approach to managing regulatory change.
