Partner with the best

As a District Manager (Downstream Chemicals) you are responsible for:

  • Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars

  • Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)

  • Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process

  • Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed

  • Oversee the budget for Downstream P/L for the area of responsibility

  • Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

  • This position will be focused on customer engagement managing service delivery sales and financial performance for assigned customers

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of experience with Chemicals.

  • Willing and able to travel to customer sites (50%) In designated area

  • Must be able to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner

  • Proven success in technical sales and customer relations

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint WORD Excel)

  • Ability to lead and influence others that are not direct reports

  • Willing and able to perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting as required
