Assist in developing marketing and sales plans for packaging products by analyzing market segments and identifying new opportunities to achieve departmental goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits timely support and personalized engagement to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
Ensure sales targets are met by preparing proposals and quotations following up with clients and maintaining accurate records to support service quality and business growth.
Collaborate with the Commercial Head to explore new products and markets (local and overseas) to expand the product portfolio and increase market share.
Liaise with suppliers to source quality products at competitive prices manage import planning and maintain optimal stock levels through effective cost control.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 EHS policies and company credit procedures. Promote a safe and organized work environment through 5S practices and support timely debt recovery.
Degree or Diploma (or partial completion) in Sales & Marketing Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution. Professional qualifications such as SLIM or CIM will be considered an added advantage.
Successful completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L examinations.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing preferably in the packaging or FMCG sector.
Skilled in using MS Office CRM platforms and inventory or ERP systems for sales tracking and reporting.
Competency in AI-driven marketing tools and techniques including data-driven campaign optimization customer segmentation and automation platforms.
Excellent command of English both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills for client engagement and supplier coordination.
