This is an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise WEST Director role to lead our sales efforts in WEST Japan. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with key clients in WEST Japan. This role requires a deep understanding of WEST business exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

You will be:
-Setting strategy and owning the execution that would span across multiple internal and external stakeholders including pre-sales marketing and partners.
-Participating in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis.
-Planning and conducting direct activities which include planning and implementing forecasts marketing program development relationship development customer satisfaction and collateral material development and distribution.
-Establishing short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
-Reviewing management plans with other District Managers and Directors on a regular basis.
15 years of experience in IT sales (Infrastructure / Cloud) as IC and Minimum 3years of experience in Team management.
Deep knowledge/Understanding of WEST business.
Ability to establish / maintain new and existing network of contacts within the disctrict.
English / Japanese is a MUST-HAVE skillset for this role to work closely with APJ/Global team.
Motivational leadership to inspire the team to aim for stretch goals and deliver results by providing coaching bringing best practices and following up ongoing team development.
