As a Frontend Engineer you will play a key role in designing and implementing high-quality web solutions. Your experience will help shape our development standards drive process improvements and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver robust maintainable and accessible user interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of responsive scalable web applications using and modern JavaScript.
- Collaborate with Product Owners Designers and Business Managers to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Implement best practices for performance optimization accessibility and maintainability.
- Mentor and support junior developers fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews testing and adherence to development standards.
- Drive adoption of new front-end technologies and methodologies within the team.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintain compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- 34years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a focus on .
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS/Sass and responsive design.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux Context API) and modern tooling (Webpack NPM Vite Git).
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with REST API integration and debugging.
- Proven ability to deliver maintainable scalable code in Agile environments.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Hands on experience in Python and backend frameworks such as Flask or Fast API.
- Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to design tools (Figma Sketch) and UX principles.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Experience with data visualization libraries ( ) is a plus.
